The pie of pizza.
Pieology is an amazing place to eat when you just want to gobble down a whole pizza to yourself. This place is known to be like Chipotle and Subways, with all the variety you need to put on your own custom pizza!
They have a variety of cheese you can put on your pizza. They have Mozzarella, Ricotta, Parmesan, and Gorgonzola.
They also have a variety of meats you can choose to put on your pizza. You can put the classic pepperoni, the sausage, meatballs, chicken, ham, and even bacon! If you want all of these meats they would put it all on your pizza for you!
Finally the last part of making your pizza is the veggies/toppings! There is Black Olives, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Green Peppers, Artichokes, Tomato, Garlic, Pineapple, Jalapenos, Fresh Basil, and Cilantro! Right after this you have a choice to add a flavor blast ranging from Roasted Red Pepers, Fiery Buffalo Sauce, Pesto, BBQ Sauce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Dollops of Red Sauce, and Ranch Dressing!
And here you have it! The pizza of your liking. (Well in this case a picture of a pizza that you could possible make) Keep in mind that there is no limit to what you can put on your pizza and you can stuff it to the top and they'll still make it because its what the customer wants!

Ajisen Ramen
The picture above is the Spicy Beef Ramen noodle soup. It has the regular ramen base, but they add a spicy oil to the broth to make it spicy. The soup comes with ramen noodles, cabbage, green onions, and chunks of tender beef. This soup has a perfect balance of flavor that will make your mouth water the moment you smell the wonderful aroma arising from it. The perfect drink to pair with this dish would be the classic Boba Milk Tea.
Boba milk tea is the perfect drink for any ramen dish. It is sweet, cold, refreshing, and flavorful. The boba itself has a nice sweet taste from the milk tea along with a unique texture. In fact, this drink is perfect anytime, even as a dessert!
If your looking for the best Japanese Ramen Noodle House in town, I highly recommend Ajisen Ramen. They always deliver the same quality soups all the time. I am never dissapointed with my meal every time I visit. This place has a great atmosphere and aroma so do not be afraid to try something new.

cheese and pepperoni to make your mouth water.
PASTA AND CALZONES
Just like the pizza, Pepz delivers
when it comes to their other signature items.
Each one has multiple options to choose from.

amount of choices and the quality of each choice. Each one is served with a warm piece of
garlic bread to dip into the sauce whether it be the classic marinara or
alfredo sauce you won’t be disappointed.
Calzones:
The calzone is like having a pizza sandwich. Who doesn’t like a pizza you can carry around? Each calzone is served with a delicious

A Foreign Delight: "da il Latini"
For this week we move out of the United States and into Italy for a restaurant out in the alleys of Firenze, Italy. Throughout our trip through Italy we ate at many places that were very good (it is true italian food after all), but no place was as great as "da il Latini".
Don't be fooled by the look of the exterior as they lead you to your table you will see that it is actually massive on the interior. As you walk through the restaurant you will see all different sorts of meats hanging from the ceiling in nets. This happens to be a precursor to what kinds of foods they will be serving you when you find your way to your table. For those who are vegetarian I assure you that they have pasta and salads that are just as amazing.
Like many other Italian restaurants, they like to start off with some salted meat and some sort of fruit. Both are meant to help with the wine that you will undoubtedly be consuming because you are in Italy after all and if there were any place in the world you would drink wine, it would be Italy. In this instance, the fruit was cantaloupe.
One of the best reasons to go to
da il Latini is for this dish. Meat lovers rejoice for this plate as it contains four different types of meats for you to try ranging from chicken to lamb. The meat is fresh and juicy and cooked to perfection. Don't be fooled by this picture as the dish is much larger than it appears here. We were barely able to finish it with 9 people. One of the reasons may be because they feed you like it's a feast and food is numerous.
After dessert, they serve you this for the last meal of the day. It is called Limoncello and it is an Italian made liquor. It is pure lemon juice mixed with a strong liquor. They serve biscuits on a plate with the liquor and is meant to be dipped and eaten in that fashion. If you wish to just drink the liquor itself then I will warn you that it is very strong stuff. For the last thing served before leaving, it will certainly give you a kick.
These were just a few of the dishes that were served during an ordinary meal. I say this again, there is no need to worry about all the meat if you are vegetarian because they will serve you accordingly. My sister is a vegetarian and when we told our servers that she is vegetarian, they served her individual dishes that vegetarians could eat. The service is great and the people that work there are nice. If you find yourself near Firenze, Italy on your trip, I would recommend taking the time and going out of your way to eat here, preferably with an empty stomach. There were many other dishes that I didn't talk about but here are some pictures from the meal:

The Hat is a popular SoCal restaurant that has been around since 1951. They’re affordable for all struggling college students and most meals run around $10. The meals are all filling and most of the time you need a box to take home all the food you are given. They’re known for having the world’s best pastrami. Let me tell you that this is a fact, not an exaggeration. Pastrami isn’t a very appealing word and the meat itself isn’t one of my favorites, but trust me this place will change your mind about it! Once you walk into this restaurant your sense of smell is overwhelmed with a heavenly aroma that takes you captive and makes every minute you are held prisoner in this establishment a joy.
Let’s start with the signature item which of
course is a pastrami dip sandwich. Again
I am not a fan of pastrami, but they must do something to make it smell and
taste so appetizing. It’s always very moist
and filled with flavors that pack a punch to your taste buds. This sandwich comes on a French role that
soaks up all the juices and is topped off with mustard and pickles.
Another item that is not only a fan favorite, but my favorite is the pastrami chili cheese fries. This place makes it seem like these fries were made in heaven and that mortals like us are being graced with their presence, again not an exaggeration. The fries are always delightful and the chili, cheese and of course pastrami just make the anticipation for the fries a mouth watering one. Trust me when I say that these fries are meant to be shared and probably by a group. They could definitely be a main course for a meal because it’s like you’re receiving a mountain of fries instead of just a side.
Other major items that The Hat serves are burgers, hot dogs and onion rings all of which are must haves! Whether you dine in or just go through the drive-thru this is a place to try!

Jack-in-the-Box Munchie Meals Deals
Jack-in-the-Box's
Munchie Meals are priced perfect for the struggling college student, cheap! They
include two of Jack’s yummy tacos and heavenly fries. There are different types of meals for all
late night cravings that can be ordered and all of them are quality meals if
you don't mind fast food. They give the option of five different choices to
choose from and each are worth the price.
They have:
- Hella-Peno Burger
- Exploding Cheesy Chicken
- Loaded Nuggets
- Brunch Burger
- Stacked Grilled Cheese Burger
Hella-peno Burger- In the
mood for something spicy? Well you
better have a hella good tolerance for heat or an ice cold glass of water near
by because this burger is packed with hot jalapenos. They definitely spice up this burger, but in
a way that doesn’t take away from enjoying it.
Exploding Cheesy Chicken- The
name says it all. The cheese literally
gushes out of the sandwich and who doesn’t enjoy cheese? Whoever Jack is paying, that thought of
putting mozzarella sticks in a sandwich, is a genius because they are the perfect
toping to this sandwich!
Loaded Nuggets- Chicken
nuggets are great on their own, but again Jack has out done himself and added
cheese to make them even better. They
may require one or maybe a dozen napkins, but that’s ok because the mess is
well worth it!
Brunch Burger- Late night
snacks can be considered as dinner or breakfast to every individual so this
brunch burger is perfect for all craving breakfast. They covered all their bases with this one by
including bacon, eggs, sausage, a hash brown and cheese all secured in a warm
croissant.
Stacked Grilled Cheese
Burger- Grilled cheese sandwich and a cheese burger? Who thinks of these combos? This one is definitely a challenge to take a
bite out of, but I say you accept that challenge because you’ll be rewarded. Jack calls this a “tasty bunk bed” and I agree. The grilled cheese on top and the cheese
burger on bottom go well with one another.
They directed
this at the night owls who stay up late and are looking for some good fast food
late or I guess early into the morning. Maybe for those late night party
animals or the night shift workers, these are good for just about anyone out
and about at night!
